Pre-registration will start at 8:00AM and ends at 12:00MN each day.

Please make sure that you evaluate ALL teachers included in the list that appears in your CRS account. If you believe that there are names that should or should not be included in the list of teachers, please contact your college.

NOTE for Colleges and Departments/Divisions: Please finalize the faculty assignment to make sure all faculty members will be evaluated accordingly.

ADVISORY:

In observance of Proclamation No. 326 (s.2012), which declares the fourth Monday of September each year as “Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga” Day and in compliance with Malacañang’s Memorandum Circular No. 96, work at the University of the Philippines Visayas shall be suspended starting 1:00 PM on 22 September 2025. This applies to both personnel reporting on-site and those under approved alternative work arrangements.

However, personnel of offices/units delivering essential/vital services (e.g. university health services, security services, and disaster response and crisis management) shall continue their operations.

UPCAT 2026 applicants who took the exam must update and fill out their Forms 1 and 2B online by 08 September 2025. Access the applicant's portal at https://upcat2026online.up.edu.ph/

Grade 12 schools must also confirm their students in the Form 2A portal by the extended deadline.

Certified true copies of Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11 with the wet signature of the school official must also be submitted to the UP Office of Admissions at T.M. Kalaw corner Quirino Street, UP Diliman, Quezon City.

If you were unable to take the exam, your application will not be processed.
