As we conclude our 4-day "๐๐๐๐๐๐ง๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ค๐ช๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ง ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐๐ค๐ซ๐๐ง๐ฃ๐๐ฃ๐๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ฏ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ" (LETSGO). We carry with us not only memories, but lessons that will guide us as student leaders and future ready leaders.
This meaningful event became even more special as student leaders from Southern Christian College and Notre Dame of Midsayap College came together in
From Attorney Earl, who taught us the importance of creating policies and leading with purpose and responsibility. To Father Loreto, who reminded us that leaders also need time to pause, reflect, and meditate. To Sir Marlon, who emphasized that before becoming great leaders, we must first become responsible students who know how to balance leadership, academics, and personal growth. Lastly, to Sir Sherwin, who taught us the value of collaboration and teamwork in creating meaningful programs and initiatives.
On the final day, student leaders gathered at SCC Natureโs Farm 1 for the community extension activity and at SCC Natures Farm pool for final challenge. It was a day filled with teamwork, unity, laughter, and unforgettable experiences that strengthened not only our leadership skills but also the bond we built throughout the training.
This training became more than just a learning experience for us. It became a reminder that leadership is about service, balance, reflection, collaboration, and courage.
As we return to our respective institutions, may we continue to apply these lessons and contribute something meaningful to our schools, communities, and the people we serve.
