The BCFI College of Criminology proudly recognizes the participation of our faculty member, Ma'am Joy J. Bacroya RCrim, MSCJ, CCS, in the 20th National Forensic Science Specialization Training (NFSST) held on April 19–26, 2026 in Baguio City.

She successfully completed the training under the Forensic Questioned Documents Examination Private Practitioners Course (FQDEPPC) and was awarded Rank 3 in the Oral Defense as an Expert Witness.

This achievement reflects our department’s commitment to continuous professional growth and excellence in the field of forensic science.

Celebrating discipline, leadership, and service at Blancia College Foundation Incorporated for SY 2025–2026.

The Graduation Ceremony of our Basic and Advance ROTC Cadets was held on April 19, 2026, at the BCFI Function Hall. This milestone stands as a testament to their dedication and growth.

This achievement was made possible through the support of our CEO Mrs. Encarnacion O. Blancia and the guidance of our ROTC Coordinator, Ma’am Joy D. Ursaiz. We also recognize the commitment of our Admin NCO Sgt Ruby D Espinosa (OS) PA and the leadership of our Commandant MAJ Junard E Sagape (Res) PA in shaping these cadets into future leaders.

We were honored to have 901st CDC Director Col Lino L Araya Jr as keynote speaker. His words inspired and motivated our cadets.

Applicants from other programs are not required to take the CAT as part of their admission process.

This announcement is for all incoming and returning students of Blancia College Foundation Incorporated regarding the schedule of enrollment for all college programs.

Enrollment for new students and transferees will begin on April 13, 2026. Applicants are required to complete and submit all necessary documents before their assigned enrollment date.

To facilitate a smooth and organized process, kindly prepare the following requirements:

For Incoming Freshmen:

SHS Report Card
Good Moral Certificate
PSA Birth Certificate

For Transferees:

Honorable Dismissal
Informative Copy
Good Moral Certificate
PSA Birth Certificate

Meanwhile, enrollment for returning students will start on Monday, May 4, 2026. Students are reminded to settle any outstanding balances and obtain the necessary clearances from concerned offices prior to enrollment.
