Some days are harder than others and that’s okay. You don’t have to face them alone. Check in your friends. Listen without judgment. And if you’re the one struggling, please know that reaching out is not 𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, it’s 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒈𝒆.

Let’s build a campus community where we look out for one another, choose compassion over judgment, and remind each other that no one has to face their own struggles alone.

Remember: 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧. 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨. 𝙆𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜.

Never forget that not all heroes are found in books or with capes; sometimes you will encounter them on a typical day.
