​Naging matagumpay ang ginanap na 1st Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Orientation for Trainees: SKILLS MO, KITA MO! nitong October 20, 2026!

​Dito sa MCTI hinahasa natin ang K-agalingan ng ating trainees upang magkaroon ng sariling negosyo at maayos na K-akayahan sa pag-unlad. Dahil sa MCTI, sigurado ang K-abuhayan!

In everything we do in government service, 𝗖𝗦𝗪 should always be our mindset.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 is all about presenting solved problems, not pending decisions. Simple lang ang 5 principles nito:

1. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 - Aralin ang problema nang buo. Walang maiiwan na bitin o kulang na impormasyon.
2. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 - Makipag-coordinate muna sa mga katrabaho para maayos ang daloy bago maiakyat sa pinuno.
3. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - Magbigay ng isang malinaw at pinakamatibay na solusyon, hindi mahabang listahan ng pagpipilian.
4. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 - Handa na dapat ang mismong dokumento para pirmahan na lang agad.
5. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - Siguraduhing pulido ang gawa na maipagmamalaki mo ang pangalan mo sa bawat submission.

Mindset dapat natin ito bilang mga kawani ng gobyerno: tahi na ang solusyon bago pa makarating sa pinuno. When we make decisions easier for leadership, we make public delivery faster for our community.

Big K-udos, TESDC!

Presided over by Mayor Ruffy Biazon, the Technical Education and Skills Development Committee (TESDC) continues to strengthen collaboration among MCTI and key city offices and education partners to expand opportunities in Tech-Voc education and skills training, employment, and livelihood development.

Last October 13, the Committee successfully held its 2nd Committee Meeting at MCTI, led by its OIC-Director, Michelle B. Licudine, together with Councilor Jedi Presnedi, Chair of the Sangguniang Panlungsod Education Committee; SK Federation President Jonas Abadilla; Robert Lomotan of Colegio de Muntinlupa (CDM); Rosario Magbao of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO); Sarah Abejuela of the Local Economic and Investment Promotion Office (LEIPO); and Kate Estojero, Acting Head of the Muntinlupa Entrepreneurship Financing Division (MEFD).

With this, we take another meaningful step toward empowering Muntinlupeños, proving that through strong partnerships and collective action, we can build a more skilled, empowered, and future-ready Muntinlupa!
