Good news to the student grantees listed below!
The release of the 𝙏𝙪𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙪𝙣𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 -𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙨 (𝙏𝘿𝙋-𝙎𝙐𝘾) grantees for 𝘼/𝙔 2024 - 2025 is set on June 22, 2026 (Monday) 1:00 𝙥𝙢 - 4:00 𝙥𝙢 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬.

STEPS TO FOLLOW IN CLAIMING THE SUBSIDY
(Bring the original copy and photocopy of the documents)

✅STEP 1. Visit the Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO)
A. 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍
1. Present your Validated CSPC ID
2. Fill out the Subsidy Claim Form (SCF)
3. Submit two (2) (Colored) photocopies of validated CSPC ID with three (3) original specimen signature on the right side (long bond paper)

B. 𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆/𝑨𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒅 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏:
1. Present valid ID of the representative/authorized person
2. Actual Validated CSPC ID of the Student-grantee
3. Five (5) (Colored) Photocopy of Student school ID with three (3) original specimen signature on the right side (long bond paper)
4. Authorization Letter duly signed by the grantee Five (5) copy - (long size)
5. Five (5) photocopy of ID of the claimant (long size-colored)
6. Fill out the Subsidy Claim Form (SCF)

✅STEP 2. Proceed to the Cashier’s office
A. Present the duly signed Subsidy Form to Cashier (SCF)
B. Cashier releases the amount due and signs on the space provided in the Form
C. After receiving the amount, beneficiary/authorized
representative signs the payroll.

✅STEP 3. Return to Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO)
A. Submit the Subsidy Claim Form (SCF)

The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) community gathers today at the CSPC Gymnasium for the ongoing Institutional Recognition 2026, a celebration of excellence, perseverance, and achievement.

Anchored on the theme, “CSPCeang May Talino, Husay, at Puso,” the program recognizes students, coaches, mentors, and various awardees whose remarkable accomplishments have brought honor and distinction to the College. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence embody the values that CSPC proudly upholds.

Leading the celebration are SUC President III, Dr. Amado A. Oliva, Jr.; Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Jocelyn O. Jintalan; Vice President for Administration and Finance, Mrs. Nancy S. Penetrante; Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO) Director, Dr. Jay L. Luzon; the College Deans; and the Buhi Campus Administrator, whose presence underscores the institution’s commitment to recognizing excellence and fostering student success.

The celebration is further enriched by the presence of Atty. Engr. Erik Roy V. Lozano, REE, Corporate Planning Manager of CASURECO III and also an alumnus of the institution, who serves as the program's Guest Speaker, inspiring the CSPC community through his message of leadership, excellence, and service.

The successful conduct of the recognition program is made possible by the dedicated efforts of the Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO) personnel and the Supreme Student Council (SSC), who assist with the awarding ceremonies and ensure the smooth flow of the event.

As the recognition program continues, CSPC pays tribute not only to the achievements of its awardees but also to the unwavering support of coaches, advisers, and mentors whose guidance has been instrumental in their success.

📌 Graduation Rehearsal – Attendance is required to ensure the orderly conduct of the graduation ceremonies and to familiarize graduates with the program flow and protocols.

📌 Graduation Schedule – Graduates are encouraged to review the assigned schedules for their respective colleges and degree programs and arrive at the venue on time.

ATTIRE GUIDELINES
To uphold the dignity of this institutional event, all attendees must adhere to the prescribed dress code:
Students: Must wear the prescribed academic school uniform and have their School ID worn at all times. Closed shoes are required.
Note: Brown shoes and pointed/high heels (more than 2 inches) are strictly prohibited for safety.
Parents/Guardians: Wear casual attire appropriate for a formal school event.

CEREMONY PROTOCOLS
Assigned Seating: Awardees must occupy their designated seats and remain seated throughout the speeches and presentations.
Respectful Decorum: Maintain silence, attentiveness, and proper decorum for the entirety of the program.
Compliance: Please follow all instructions from marshals, ushers, and coordinators to maintain the flow of activities.
