The training aimed to equip our community partners with essential knowledge and hands-on skills in basic computer hardware, proper handling and maintenance of equipment, and simple troubleshootingโ€”practical skills that can greatly help improve efficiency in barangay services and daily operations. Through this initiative, we continue to strengthen digital awareness and promote technological readiness at the grassroots level, empowering our local leaders and volunteers to better serve their constituents in this modern, technology-driven era.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our IT Coordinator for Extension ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐‰๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐‘๐ž๐ฒ ๐Œ. ๐Œ๐š๐œ๐ฎ๐š for generously sharing his expertise, patience, and dedication in guiding the participants throughout the session.

Through the inspiring and informative lecture of our Resource Speaker, ๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ค ๐‘๐š๐ฒ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐’. ๐“๐š๐ง, on the legal framework of anti-hazing laws, why hazing is harmful, contextualizing the law for Opol Community College, a call to action, and key takeaways, students gained a deeper understanding of the realities, consequences, and legal implications of hazing.

With the support of our institutional directorsโ€” ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐‰๐š๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ ๐๐š๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ค ๐. ๐๐š๐›๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐š, Director of the Office of the Center for Human Rights Education, and ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐‘๐จ๐ ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง ๐€. ๐€๐›๐ฎ๐›๐š๐œ๐š๐ซ, ๐„๐๐ƒ, Director of the Center for Student Development and Leadershipโ€”the forum encouraged students to speak up, ask questions, and reflect on values such as respect, accountability, and true leadership.
