In my capacity as Acting Governor, effective 7:00 AM today, I ordered the suspension of classes at all levels across Cebu starting February 5 until further notice, as a precautionary measure due to Typhoon Basyang.

This is a necessary step to prioritize everyone’s safety. Let us remain alert, prepared, and continue to look after one another.
