Hello August, ikaw na talaga❤️‍🔥

A new month is here - and with it, a new rhythm. Hindi lang ito about new deadlines or org meetings. August is that rare kind of month na may balance between hustle and heritage, pressure and purpose 🎗️.

Sa gitna ng all the academic stress and daily to-do’s, here comes Buwan ng Wika 🏵️, reminding us na kahit half-English ang notes natin, may puso pa rin tayong Pilipino. Then comes Ninoy Aquino Day, and later, National Heroes Day - moments to pause and remember.

This month is about embracing our roots 🇵🇭. Kahit nagka-code ka or you're deep into thesis chapters, your language, your culture, your history - they live in you. They're reminders that change starts with courage, and courage starts with people like us students, dreamers, org kids, tambay sa library, all just trying to do our part. When we stand for something, kahit small lang, we become part of something bigger.

Upon the approval of the Academic Year 2023-2024 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙉𝙤. 1 "𝘼 𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙊𝙇𝙐𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝙍𝙀𝙌𝙐𝙀𝙎𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝘿𝙄𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙊𝙍 𝙊𝙁 𝙏𝙃𝙀

The USG-Judiciary Assembly shall be the sole body vested with judicial power. Judicial power includes the duty of the Judiciary to settle actual controversies involving rights that are legally demandable and enforceable and to determine whether or not there has been a grave abuse of discretion amounting to lack or excess of jurisdiction on the part of any branch or instrumentality of the USG.

The newly appointed USG-Judiciary Assembly Officers pledge to uphold the principles enshrined in this Constitution and to fulfill their duties as members of the University Student Government - Judiciary Assembly, guided by our shared commitment to justice, impartiality, and the betterment of our school community.

The USG-Judiciary Assembly serves as the judicial body responsible for interpreting and enforcing the constitution and by-laws of the University Student Government and shall have the powers and prerogatives inherent to their nature of office.
