To all concerned officers and members under Western Mindanao Region XXII.

Please be informed that the updated list of inactive members within your Club has been officially forwarded to us for proper guidance and coordination.

This list includes members who have not met the required participation or dues compliance for the past operational period. The purpose of this advisory is to:

🔹 Reconnect and reach out to inactive members
🔹 Encourage reactivation and re-engagement
🔹 Promote inclusivity and strengthen regional unity

The Club is encouraged to review the list thoroughly and take appropriate action, including:

✅ Contacting inactive members personally
✅ Providing updates on current club activities and initiatives
✅ Assisting them with the reactivation process if they wish to return
