Behind every student leader is a person with their own struggles, uncertainties, and reasons to keep going. Beyond the responsibilities they carry, there are stories that deserve to be heard, feelings that deserve to be acknowledged, and experiences that remind us that no one is meant to have everything figured out.
Through this interview, our student leaders reflect on what leadership has taught them about themselves, what keeps them going through difficult times, what makes life worth holding on to, and the simple yet powerful reminder that ๐ข๐ญโ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ค๐๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐๐ ๐จ๐ค๐๐ฒ.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, may their words remind us that strength does not mean having everything together. Sometimes, it means allowing ourselves to rest, acknowledging our struggles, and finding the courage to keep going one day at a time. Let us continue creating spaces where vulnerability is met with compassion, stories are received without judgment, and asking for help is always okay.
A heartfelt round of applause to our student leaders from the following organizations for sharing their thoughts and taking part in this meaningful initiative!

May these conversations stay with us long after this month has passed. May we learn to meet our own struggles with gentleness and hold space for those still finding the words for theirs.
