Tau Gamma Sigma (ΤΓΣ) is a sorority at the University of the Philippines Diliman that was founded in 1969.

- It was the first and largest sorority in the Philippines.
- On January 17, 1969, 11 female political science students from UP Diliman founded Tau Gamma Sigma.
-The founders were friends of the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity founders.
- The first initiation rites were held in Bustos, Bulacan.
