"Civic Welfare Training Service" refers to programs or activities contributory to the general welfare and the betterment of the community and the enhancement of its facilities, especially those devoted to improving health, education, environment, entrepreneurship, safety, recreation and morals of the citizenry.
ICF NSTP particulary CWTS and ROTC students conduct community outreach program last August 01, 2025 in two barangays of Paniqui (Brgy. Aduas and Brgy. Mabilang) which suffered severe flooding caused by a long week heavy rains of typhoons and monsoon rains. Helping people who are victims of calamities (such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, or fires) involves addressing their immediate needs, supporting their emotional recovery, and contributing to their long-term rehabilitation. The students offer voluntary service through clean up drive, feeding program and relief goods distribution.
The program was coordinated by NSTP Coordinator Ma'am Nhessa Anne J. Medorial, ROTC Coordinator Ma'am Magdalena Celario and CWTS Instructor Ma'am Karen Angel Bulosan with the voluntary initiative of NSTP Students, Sir Danilo Yacap and newly elected officers of the Student Body Oraganization for the A.Y. 2025-2026 including College Department Governors.
The students of ICF want to show that in tough times helping hands and helping community will lend a hand to rise together and make us stand side by side to bring hope, healing, and strength to those who need it most.
