It's Aly's Day! 🌻🎉

The Scholars' Aviation Guild of Excellence celebrates the birthday of our Vice President for Community Development, Alyana Gilary Salazar! 💚💛

She has a way of remembering the littlest things about people. Her warmth isn't loud, but constant, present in how she listens and in the sincerity she brings to every role she holds. She has an innate ability to make a community feel, not just exist. Through this, Aly reflects what it truly means to be a friend, a leader, and an Iskolar ng Bayan.

As you navigate life, may you never lose that same honesty with yourself, even while becoming someone new. May you say the things you feel, chase what you actually want, and let yourself be known as fully as you've always made others feel known. May the people who've stayed close to you stay closer still, and may you keep finding those who complement your energy and spirit.

🌧️ 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲. 🌅

As the habagat continues to bring heavy rains and flooding to our communities, we are reminded that some days can feel uncertain, difficult, and overwhelming. Yet, even when the skies remain gray, the sunrise is never truly gone. It is simply waiting beyond the clouds.

This SAGE General Assembly is more than the beginning of another academic year. It is a reminder of who we are, where we are headed, and what we can become.

We are scholars—not only because we learn, but because we are given the opportunity to use what we learn to make a difference. And as we grow, we are called to become leaders who do not simply rise for ourselves, but rise to inspire others.

🇵🇭 𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐎𝐘 𝐀𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐎 𝐃𝐀𝐘 🎗️

Today, we remember 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼 “𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆” 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗝𝗿., whose courage and sacrifice left a lasting mark on our history.

In 𝟭𝟵𝟴𝟯, he was assassinated at the Manila International Airport (MIA), now known as the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). His death became a defining moment in Philippine history and further strengthened the call for freedom and democratic change.

As we honor his memory, may we continue to carry forward the courage to stand for what we believe in and do what we know is right. ✊

The NAAP - College Red Cross Youth Council, in collaboration with all the Student Organizations and Publication of the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines - Villamor Campus, is relaunching AGAPAY: Care Through Connection—a Free Mobile Load Assistance Program, an emergency response initiative aimed at supporting the academic community by providing mobile load assistance during times of calamity.

This project will once again extend its support to members of the academic community, made possible through the collective efforts of the following Student Organizations and Publication:

The NAAP Admission Test is your gateway to an exciting future in aviation. But before you take flight, make sure you're ready with your checklist! Take note of the admission requirements and prepare the necessary documents for your application.

FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN*
1. Scanned copy of GRADE 12 Report Card (1st quarter or 2nd quarter, whichever is available)
2. Scanned copy of the latest Good Moral Character
3. 1x1 formal picture with white background (with collar)
4. Ishihara Test (issued by an Ophthalmologist) (For programs with Ishihara test requirements)

FOR TRANSFEREES*
1. Scanned copy of Scanned copy of Transcript of Records (TOR)

To all applicants who are able to visit the Villamor Campus: The NAAP Villamor Campus Medical Clinic will begin offering FREE Ishihara Test starting on August 24 until October 31, 2026. These tests will be available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, except on holidays and weekends.

• Duly signed Authorization Letter from the student-grantee
• Original and photocopy of valid IDs of both the grantee and the authorized representative, with three (3) specimen signatures below each photocopy
• Photocopy of the grantee's LandBank ATM Card with three (3) specimen signatures beside the photocopy

Important Reminder:
If a student-grantee authorizes a representative to claim the check on their behalf, the check will be issued as a crossed check and not be encashable. It must be deposited directly into the student-grantee's personal savings account under their name.
