ALAM NIYO BA? | Buwan ng Wika Trivia

Kilala mo ba kung bakit itinuturing na "Ama ng Wikang Pambansa" si Manuel L. Quezon?

Noong Disyembre 13, 1937, nilagdaan niya ang Executive Order No. 134 upang gawing batayan ng pambansang wika ang Tagalog. Isinulong ito batay sa masusing pag-aaral ng Institute of National Language, isang lupon na binubuo ng mga kinatawan mula sa iba't ibang rehiyon ng bansa tulad ng Samar-Leyte Visayan, Ilocano, Cebu Visayan, Bicol, Panay Visayan, Moro, at Tagalog.

Sa pamamagitan nito, nagkaroon ang mga Pilipino ng iisang sariling wikang nagbubuklod sa ating buong bansa!

In line with the directive from the Pasay City Local Government Unit (LGU), face-to-face classes in all levels at Arellano University - Apolinario Mabini Campus remain suspended tomorrow, August 6, 2026, due to inclement weather caused by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

To ensure continuous learning, Classes will shift to online learning modality.
