1. Please be advised that the voting portal will be available daily beginning August 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM and will remain accessible until August 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

2. To vote
โข Click โIndividual Voting.โ
โข Choose a candidate for each position. Click the โPositionโ at the top and click โSelectโ button of the preferred candidate. After making all selections, click โSubmit Selection.โ
โข A summary page will appear. Review entries then click โFinalizeโ to submit ballot.
3. Votes can only be submitted once.
4. User will be automatically logged out due to inactivity of 10 minutes.
5. Sharing of access code is strictly prohibited and will be subject to disciplinary action.
