The UA&P School of Management (SMN) was established in 1996, evolving from the Business Economics School of the Center for Research and Communication. One of its first programs was the BA Humanities with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Management, followed by the Master of Science in Management 5-Year Program. In the following years, SMN introduced the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Ma

nagement (BSEM), the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in 2010, and the MScM Evening Program for professionals in 2012. The BSBA with specialization in Business Analytics was launched in 2014, alongside the restructuring of AMP and CME under Southeast Asian Business Studies (SEABS). The Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) was added in 2016, and the Master in Applied Business Analytics (MABA) in 2018.

The UA&P HELM Awardsโ€”the University's first Alumni Achievement Awardโ€”recognizes SMN alumni who have made significant contributions to society and whose accomplishments, affiliations, and careers embody our tradition of excellence.

As nominations open once again, we invite you to help us recognize those whose impact extends far beyond themselves.

Because true excellence deserves to be remembered. And remarkable lives deserve to be celebrated.

More details on the nomination process will be announced soon.

It was both an exciting and bittersweet day as we celebrated the Closing Rites of the Certificate Program in Church Management on May 8, 2026.

For the past month, 33 priests and 1 lay representing different parishes from all over the Philippines came together in a shared journey of learning, reflection, and growth. This milestone marks not only the completion of the course but also the recognition of the dedication, openness, and commitment each participant has shown in re-learning, re-tooling, and reflecting on the valuable insights gathered throughout the program.

As they return to their respective communities, may they bring with them renewed wisdom, strengthened leadership, and a deeper sense of mission in serving the Church and their parishioners.

โ€œTo be a good shepherd is to walk with your flock, guide them with wisdom, and serve them with a heart filled with compassion and faith.โ€

Congratulations to all our participants, and may God continue to bless your ministry and service.

Something meaningful is about to unfold this December 2026.

โœจFrom Silver to Pearlโœจ
Three decades of shaping leaders, transforming futures, and building a legacy that endures. What began as a vision has grown into a communityโ€”formed by dedicated mentors, driven students, and alumni who carry the spirit of excellence wherever they go.

Through the years, SMN has not only educated minds but has shaped character, inspired purpose, and nurtured leaders committed to making a difference. Each milestone tells a story of growth, resilience, and shared aspirations, and as we look back with gratitude, we also move forward with renewed purpose toward the future.
