ATTENTION, FUTURE SEAFARERS!

Please be informed that, pursuant to MARINA Advisory No. 2026-34, the implementation of the National Merchant Marine Aptitude Test (NaMMAT) for Academic Year 2026โ€“2027 has been deferred.

In line with this advisory, Maritime Higher Education Institutions (MHEIs) are directed to admit and enroll incoming students and transferees without regard to NaMMAT results. Institutions shall instead implement their respective admission and entrance screening procedures in accordance with MARINA's interim guidelines.

Aspiring cadets and students who wish to pursue a maritime education may now proceed with their enrollment and application requirements through their chosen institution.
