COCORISE: Excellence in Research and Innovation for an Empowered Coconut Industry

We proudly congratulate Prof. Julieta M. Casaul for winning 2nd Place in the Technology Pitching of Pasteurized Coconut Water Blend. Out of 10 contenders from SUCs and Philippine Coconut Agency Research Centers.

This is a research and development initiative of CBSUA which started in 2014 until 2023 with funding from Philippine Rural Development Program (PRDP) and Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PhilMech). The technology has Utility Model Registration and scheduled for spin off this year.
