📚 Welcome, New CAPSUNIANS! 💜💛

A big and warm welcome to our 1st Year, Shiftee, and Transfer Students! 🎓🌱

The Capiz State University – Pontevedra Campus successfully held the Thorough Orientation Program for A.Y. 2026–2027 on August 19–20, 2026.

As part of the campus-wide orientation, Dr. Marianne A. Escleto, Head Librarian, conducted the Library Orientation, giving our new CAPSUNIANS a glimpse of what the library has to offer—from its rules and regulations to its resources, services, and facilities. 📖✨

We hope the orientation helped our students feel more familiar and comfortable with the library—a place where they can learn, explore, and find the information they need throughout their college journey.

Here’s to new beginnings, new discoveries, and an exciting college journey ahead! 🌱📚🎓

LIBRARY ADVISORY:

In compliance with CAPSU Memo Order No. 2026-07-3047 dated July 28, 2026, on the Implementation of the Revised Work and Class Schedule, the CAPSU Pontevedra Library will observe the following service hours effective August 3, 2026:
Monday to Thursday
7:00 AM – 6:30 PM (No Noon Break)

Our online library databases remain accessible 24/7.

Note: The Library will also be open on Saturdays during scheduled on-site Graduate School classes.

This schedule shall remain in effect until further notice.
