PLEASE GIVE A MINUTE TO READ!!!


Seniors will always be a Senior, kahit pagbalibaliktarin mo ang mundo, nauna yan sayo, wala ka pa sa organisasyon nahihirapan na yan sa loob, hindi mo nakikita kung ano yong dinanas nyan kasi nga wala ka pa.

Sa military organization hindi natin pwedeng baliin yong mga salitang SENIOR or OFFICER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, WHEN OFFICER or SENIOR IS WRONG, GO BACK TO GOLDEN RULE NUMBER 1, kung sa tingin mo mali yong mga instructions sayo o pinapagawa sayo on your Junior stage mas maigi mong alamin kung ano ba yong ginawa ng senior mo nung junior pa sya bago ka magreklamo, kasi sa "TINGIN" mo lang yan "PERCEPTION" JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE ORGANIZATION WHERE YOU ARE JOINED, "MILITARY ORGANIZATION" ibigsabihin hindi relax, since you are a junior 4thCl, 3rd Cl, 2ndCl kelangan mong sumunod kung sino yong sa tingin mong mataas, hindi nito sinasabing kung sino lang yong direct senior mo, yon lang ang susundin mo ah even 1CL, what if? what if? kung yong NCO, GMA's or even the regular personnel nag utos sayo? wala kang pakialam? sasabihin mo "hindi ko kayo direct senior at wala kayong karapatan na mag utos samin" on some part, Yes may direct senior tayo, pero may mas mataas pa usually sa direct senior natin.

Ang point is Senior is still senior, mas naunang nalaman ng senior mo yong organization kung san kayo ngayon, kaya kung mas matapang ka pa sa senior mo, mag isip isip ka baka "WALA KA TALAGANG LUGAR SA ORGANISASYON NA PINASOK MO"

At hindi ito nasa ROTC or Military org. lang ah, but also to all institutions that SENIORITY is being implemented.

ROTC is a BASIC MILITARY TRAINING normal ang MASE MASE at kung may nasasabi man ang SENIOR mo para yun sayo remember mas may pinagdaanan yang mga senior mo na yan kesa sayo kaya kung tinatama ka man "TANGGAP LANG NG TANGGAP" wag mong dibdibin kasi "DISCIPLINE IS A MUST" babaan mo yung PRIDE mo at bago ka pumasok alamin mo muna kung ano ba talaga ang papasukin mo.

Para sa mga gustong maging ROTC officer this are the simple tips that I want to tell you:
1. Be prepared, kailangan lagi kang handa sa mga unexpected experiences, marami kang mararanasan na first time dito kaya be ready.
2. Lagi mong tatandaan na sa ROTC ang kailangan mo lang gawin ay ang SSS, sunod ng sunod ng sunod.
3. Kailangan wala kang hiyahiya sa katawan dahil katakot takot na kahihiyan ang mararanasan mo dito sa codename palang ewan ko lang. Kaya kung mahiyain ka at balak mong mag ROTC officer simulan mo na ngayon maging walang hiya dahil sinasabi ko sayo ikaw ang laging mapagtatripan.
4.Dapat matibay ang dibdib mo dahil bawal ang emotional sa ROTC madami kang matatanggap na masasakit na salita dito hindi para pababain ang self confidence mo kundi para pataasin.
5. Kailangan magaling ka sa time management dahil mahirap pag sabayin ang pagaaral at pagaROTC
6. Para sa babaeng gustong magofficer say goodbye to your hair. Say hello to boycut. Kaya kung mahal mo pa ang buhok mo wag ka ng mag officer. Pero sinasabi ko sainyo buhok lang yan hahaba pa yan pero yung experience na dito nyo lang mararanasan hindi na mauulit pa.
7. Never ever QUIT kasi nasimulan muna susukuan mo pa sayang yung mga pinagpaguran mo.
Madami pang kulang dyan pero tadaan niyo lang na hindi madaling maging officer madaming pagdadaanan pero magiging worth it lahat once na naging officer kana. Believe me, angsarap sa feeling sulit na sulit lahat ng iyak, hirap, at pawis mo!

Anything that are in the organization must be in organization only, please do not disclose in the social media any practices, tradition or issue on your unit that might ruin its image.
We are trained to follow, take and take the commands and respect the traditions, respect our seniors and respect ourselves inside the uniform.

Army ROTC officers and COQC

here are the tips for your attires

COQCs
When you are wearing white Polo shirt, kelangan naka close collar kayo kasi COQC pa lang kayo,
must Tacked in sa maong pants, always wear white rubber shoes with proper tie ng mga sintas at hindi nakalabas, white socks hindi colored sock baka paputiin yan ng senior ninyo.

3rd Class
When you are wearing of white Polo shirt, wag nyong eh coClose Collar baka mawalan kayo ng butonis, wag mag relos baka damputin yan kung saan, must tacked in pa din at proper wearing ng shoes, white shoes, pag lagay at pag tago ng sintas, white sock hindi colored baka pumuti yan bigla. When you are wearing ng BDA/BDU wag kayo mag oopen collar baka sumakit katawan nyo pag uwi.

2nd Class
Allowed na kayo ng any kind ng Tshirt, pero always consider unity pa din, at tacked in pa din yan

Wag kang maru opened collar na kayo wag kang mag coclose collar kapag naka BDU ka.

1st Class
May mga nag coclosed collar pa din kahit 1st class na, halatang hindi nakaAdopt ng turo ng mga seniors.

Pwede na mag tacked out, pero pag nakasuot ng BDU/BDA tacked in nyo pa din inner ninyo, hindi pa kayo GMA o Official.

Ilan lamang yan sa mga Reminder na dapat nating tandaan bilang mga Cadet Officer, para presentable at identified tayo.

11 General Orders

5. To quit my post only when properly relieved.
6. To received, obey, and pass to the sentinel who relieves me, all orders from the commanding officer, officer of the day, officers and non-commission officer of the guard only.

8. To give an alarm in case of fire or disorder.
9. To call the corporal of the guard in any case not covered by instructions.
10. To salute all officers, colors and standards not case.
