As Bagyong Luis, Maymay, and the habagat continue to affect parts of the country, let us keep our fellow Filipinos in our thoughts and prayers.

May our communities remain safe, may those affected find strength and shelter, and may those working on the front lines of rescue and relief be given courage and protection.

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕'𝒔 𝑵𝑺𝑻𝑷 𝒑𝒐?

Before the start of NSTP classes tomorrow, the Palawan State University – National Service Training Program Office shares this quick guide to help students better understand the National Service Training Program and its three components.

We encourage all NSTP students to take a few moments to read through the information and become familiar with the program. Having a basic understanding of NSTP will help you begin the semester informed, prepared, and ready to embrace its mission of service, leadership, and nation-building.

Sa bawat komunidad na ating pinaglilingkuran, hindi lamang ang mga pangangailangan ang nagkakaiba—maging ang kanilang wika, kultura, kasaysayan, at paraan ng pagtingin sa mundo ay natatangi rin. Bilang mga mag-aaral at lingkod-bayan sa ilalim ng National Service Training Program, mahalagang matutunan nating makinig, umunawa, at makiisa bago kumilos.

Ang tunay na diwa ng paglilingkod ay hindi nasusukat sa dami ng proyektong naisasagawa, kundi sa kakayahang igalang ang pagkakakilanlan ng bawat pamayanan. Sa pamamagitan ng pagpapahalaga sa ating mga wika at sa mga kuwentong dala ng mga ito, mas nagiging makabuluhan ang ating pakikipag-ugnayan at mas nagiging inklusibo ang bawat inisyatiba para sa komunidad.

Ngayong Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa, nawa’y magsilbing paalala ang bawat salitang ating natututuhan na ang wika ay hindi lamang daluyan ng komunikasyon—ito rin ay tulay sa pag-unawa, pagkakaisa, at makataong paglilingkod.

Alam mo bang ang salitang 𝗣𝗔𝗛𝗟𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗡 sa wikang Malay ay nangangahulugang “𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶” o “𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮”? Isang salitang sumasalamin sa tapang, katatagan, at diwa ng paglilingkod.

Sa diwang ito, ilulunsad ng Palawan State University – National Service Training Program Office ang 𝗣𝗔𝗛𝗟𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗡 upang magbigay-pugay sa mga Pilipinong nagsilbing huwaran ng paglilingkod, pamumuno, pagkamakabayan, at malasakit sa kapwa.

Mula sa mga pambansang bayani hanggang sa mga makabagong lingkod-bayan, ating kikilalanin ang kanilang mga kuwento at ang mga pagpapahalagang maaari nating isabuhay bilang mga mag-aaral at mamamayan.

Sapagkat ang pagiging 𝗣𝗔𝗛𝗟𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗡 ay hindi lamang tungkol sa katapangan, ito rin ay tungkol sa pagpiling maglingkod, mamuno, at magbigay ng pag-asa sa iba.
