On ๐ข๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ญ๐ณ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, the CSG Legislative Officers, Committee Heads, and College-Based Organization (CBO) Heads gathered at the ๐๐๐-๐ฆ๐ ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ for a Coordination Meeting focused on upcoming college activities, organizational needs, proposed student facilities, and matters requiring further action.

Preparations for the General Assembly and CAH Olympics were discussed, including the proposed theme, โGame of Thrones: Philippines Edition,โ sports events, program arrangements, scheduling concerns, and student participation. These matters were raised to help establish the requirements and preparations needed for the activities.

The proposed three-day celebration on ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ญ๐ฎ-๐ญ๐ฐ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, was presented, featuring a parade, cultural and recreational activities, Palaro Pinoy, Zumba, competitions, and the Mr. and Ms. PSU pageant. Discussions also covered event preparations, committee assignments, and student involvement.
