Time: Until 4:00 PM ONLY

Please be informed that the payment for the Department Fee and Membership Fee will be ongoing and will continue throughout the enrollment period.

To all Students of the College of Fisheries and Natural Sciences (CFINS)

In line with the universityโ€™s recent memorandum regarding the decentralized processing of semestral clearances, the CFINS Office will serve as the one-stop shop for all clearance items of CFINS students

All students are directed to submit and leave their physical clearance forms at the CFINS Office for consolidated processing.

This simplified procedure ensures all accountabilities are cleared in time for the Midyear AY 2025-2026 enrollment.

Please ensure your forms are complete before submission. Any concerns regarding pending accountabilities will be communicated to you through online channels.
