ATTENTION TO ALL CBA STUDENTS: Requests for Special Class this MIDYEAR 2026

Please be informed that due to the April 9 holiday, the deadline for the submission of letter requests for special class offerings for Midyear 2026 is moved to April 13, 2025, 5:00 PM at the CBA Dean’s Office.

All letters must be formally addressed to:
DR. MARY GRACE A. MASDO
OIC Dean
College of Business and Accountancy

Requests should be submitted to the CBA Dean’s Office on or before the new deadline. Students are also reminded to attach a copy of their evaluated prospectus (evaluated by their program advisers) to their letter upon submission.

Students who wish to be recognized as Loyalty Awardees are advised to accomplish the designated Google Form. To qualify, applicants must have been continuously enrolled in the University from Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior High School, Senior High School, up to College. ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL GRADUATING STUDENTS THIS 2ND SEMESTER, SY: 2025-2026 WHO WISH TO BE CONSIDERED AS LATIN HONORS:

Students who wish to be considered for Latin Honors are reminded to ensure that they meet the required qualifications: no failing grades, no incomplete grades, no dropped courses, and a grade of 2.0 or better in all major courses. Qualified applicants must submit their evaluated prospectus to their Program Adviser, who will forward it to the Dean’s Office for final evaluation. All submissions must be completed on or before February 20, 2026. Please be guided accordingly and submit your documents on time.

Application for Graduation – 2nd Semester, SY 2025–2026

The College is now accepting applications for graduation for the 2nd Semester of SY 2025–2026. Graduating students may download the e-copy of the Application for Graduation by scanning the QR code or accessing this link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1SX7SNsJfisTlgSzojWXXWQ2wfi_k0CCY?usp=sharing

Once accomplished, submit the form to your respective organization adviser for evaluation, along with a photocopy of your evaluated prospectus. Please also bring all proof of grades, such as copies or reports of grades, for verification purposes. The adviser will then forward your application to the Dean’s Office.

The deadline for submission is January 23, 2026. Please make sure to comply on or before the deadline to be included in this semester’s list of candidates for graduation.

P.S. Please download Version 2 (v2) of the updated format, which already includes Section J: Research/Feasibility Study. Kindly disregard the first version previously uploaded.

The College of Business and Accountancy (CBA) of Palawan State University (PalSU) is organizing the 1st CBA Research Colloquium 2025 on September 30, 2025 with a theme “Advancing Interdisciplinary Research for Sustainable Development”.

CBA faculty and student researchers are invited to submit their abstracts for paper and/or poster presentation to the 1st CBA Research Colloquium 2025 on or before September 15, 2025. Abstracts following the prescribed format must be submitted here: https://forms.gle/KpoRvKY7F8msn3qx6
