𝐉𝐏𝐀𝐀 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞

Last November 11, 2025, the 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬' 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (JPAA) proudly took part in the vibrant 𝐒𝐔𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐖 𝐁𝐈𝐎𝐃𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋 2025 Grand Parade, joining the city in celebrating 𝒞𝓇ℯ𝒶𝓉𝒾𝓋𝒾𝓉𝓎, 𝒞𝓊𝓁𝓉𝓊𝓇ℯ, 𝒶𝓃𝒹 ℰ𝓃𝓋𝒾𝓇𝑜𝓃𝓂ℯ𝓃𝓉𝒶𝓁 𝓅𝓇𝒾𝒹ℯ. 💚✨

As the festival’s closing program unfolded, the streets of Puerto Princesa came alive with color and energy—showcasing the 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲, 𝐃𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. 𝐉𝐏𝐀𝐀 marched with enthusiasm, representing the organization’s commitment to engagement, unity, and environmental awareness.

Through this participation, 𝐉𝐏𝐀𝐀 continues to support activities that honor 𝒞𝓊𝓁𝓉𝓊𝓇ℯ, 𝒞ℯ𝓁ℯ𝒷𝓇𝒶𝓉ℯ 𝒷𝒾𝑜𝒹𝒾𝓋ℯ𝓇𝓈𝒾𝓉𝓎, 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝓈𝓉𝓇ℯ𝓃ℊ𝓉𝒽ℯ𝓃 the bond between students and the wider Puerto Princesa community. 🌿💫

𝐉𝐏𝐀𝐀 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐀.𝐘. 2025-2026

Ang bawat 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 ay may 𝒌𝒘𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒐 ng 𝒑𝒂𝒈𝒍𝒂𝒈𝒐, at sa taong ito ay patuloy nating isinusulat ang pahina ng serbisyo at malasakit. Hindi lamang titulo ang dala ng mga bagong opisyal, kundi pangako ng tapat na 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 at 𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘁 na walang kapantay.

Salubungin at kilalanin natin ang 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗼𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗮𝗹 ng 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀' 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗝𝗣𝗔𝗔) — mga 𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 ng 𝒌𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏 at pinalakas ng 𝒂𝒅𝒉𝒊𝒌𝒂𝒊𝒏 para sa mga susunod na lingkod bayan. Higit sa lahat, mararamdaman ang 𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘆 na 𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒕 para sa bawat miyembro at para sa mas malawak na komunidad.

Sa kanilang pamumuno, sisibol ang mga bagong 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘆𝗮 at masisilayan ang mas makabuluhang programa. Tunay at tapat.

🌊 𝗝𝗣𝗔𝗔 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮 𝗼𝗳 "𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗮: 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀' 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮"

The 4th-year Junior Public Administrators' Association (JPAA) successfully organized Year 2 of “𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗮,” a Students’ Forum on the West Philippine Sea centered on the theme:
“𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀, 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮." 🌍⚖️

The event highlighted the importance of understanding the nation’s maritime rights and responsibilities through credible, expert-driven discussions. It brought forward a deeper appreciation of the West Philippine Sea as a shared space — one that requires 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, and 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 from future leaders.

𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, the 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀' 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗝𝗣𝗔𝗔) successfully held its 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 at the 𝗣𝗦𝗨 𝗔𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗲, uniting the future public administrators under the inspiring theme “𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱." ✨

The program commenced with a solemn prayer, the singing of the national anthem, and the 𝗣𝗦𝗨 𝗛𝘆𝗺𝗻, setting a tone of respect and pride. It was followed by the 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 delivered by 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗦. 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 and an 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 from 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗔. 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗱𝗼, 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗢𝗜𝗖 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻, both of whom encouraged students to lead with purpose, uphold integrity, and take part in shaping a brighter future for their communities.

After building a quorum upon the roll call of 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗼, the 𝗝𝗣𝗔𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗟. 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱𝗮, formally introduced her set of officers for 𝗔.𝗬. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, followed by the former president, 𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗴, who presented the 𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗔 𝗢𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 from last semester and other financial matters guaranteeing a 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻. The current president then shared the 𝗝𝗣𝗔𝗔'𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, succeeded by the 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 delivered by 𝗝𝗣𝗔𝗔 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿, 𝗞𝘆𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗮𝗻̃𝗼, and followed by an overview of 𝗝𝗣𝗔𝗔'𝘀 𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 that left everyone excited for what’s ahead.

Guiding the flow of the program with confidence and energy were the event’s exceptional hosts, 𝗘𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘆𝘅 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗼 (𝗩𝗣 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹) and 𝗠𝘆𝗿𝗮 𝗟𝘆𝗸𝗮 𝗢𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼 (𝗩𝗣 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹), who kept the energy alive and the program seamless from start to finish.

The assembly was meaningfully concluded with the 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 delivered by 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗘𝗿𝗮, 𝗝𝗣𝗔𝗔 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿, whose heartfelt message left everyone inspired, guided, and reminded of their role in public service and leadership.

This is to inform everyone that work and classes will resume on November 6, 2025 (Thursday).

All classes shall be conducted online, whether asynchronous or synchronous, until further notice. Faculty members are reminded to log in and log out through the University’s online attendance system.

All administrative personnel are expected to report physically to their respective offices.

Furthermore, external campuses are advised to monitor the advisories issued by their respective LGUs.
