Dedicated to fostering positive change, we are the Global CFAH Project—a dynamic initiative working in the Philippines and three Small Island States: Fiji, St. Lucia.

We strive to enhance diets, improve nutrition, and promote sustainable food systems. Creencia and a team of experts, we co-create 'living labs' and work closely with communities to

drive positive transformations.

Our multidisciplinary team of public health, agricultural, fisheries, and social scientists collaborates with local communities. We aim to improve the health, social, and economic well-being of populations through community-based food production.

- Filling Evidence Gaps:** Addressing gaps in data collection on dietary intake and mapping existing systems.
- Co-innovation Intervention:** Establishing a community of practice for enhanced diets and nutrition.
- Impact Modeling:** Assessing sustainability and resilience through an impact modeling approach.
