NEW ISSUANCE: The Legal Education Board issues the Memorandum from the Office of the Chairperson No. 030, Series of 2026, inviting all Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP) Supervising Lawyers to participate in the National CLEP Supervising Lawyers Survey in support of the Supreme Court's continuing initiative to assess the implementation of the CLEP.
As mentors and supervisors of law student practitioners, your insights are essential in evaluating the current implementation of CLEP, identifying its strengths and challenges, and shaping future enhancements that will further strengthen experiential legal education in the Philippines.
Your valuable feedback will help ensure that the Program remains responsive to the evolving needs of legal education and the justice system while advancing its mission of promoting reflective legal practice, public service, and access to justice.
Supervising lawyers are encouraged to accomplish the survey on or before 10 August 2026. The questionnaire takes approximately thirty (30) minutes to complete and may be accessed through the link below:
