Official Statement

The Office of the Socio-Cultural and Arts Development Services extends its warmest congratulations to the winners of the recently concluded Short and Sweet Play Competition for the Binturungan Festival 2026:

1st Place: Pangkat Talusi
2nd Place: Pangkat Tandikan

The Director of the Socio-Cultural and Arts Development Services, Engr. Dexter B. Tanabe, would like to express his sincerest apology to Pangkat Tandikan for the earlier incorrect announcement, wherein Pangkat Tandikan was mistakenly announced as the 1st Place winner instead of Pangkat Talusi.

The error was immediately rectified upon verification. Engr. Tanabe acknowledges the emotional impact this may have caused, particularly to Pangkat Tandikan, and takes full responsibility for the oversight.

The official tabulated and duly signed results have already been disseminated to all concerned participants for transparency and proper reference.

Thank you for your understanding, and once again, congratulations to all participants for their outstanding performances.
