Schedule for Tomorrow, June 4, 2026 (Thursday)

For all Grade 12 Students:

➡️ WELA Online Orientation
Students are expected to attend the orientation.

➡️ VOUCHER Online Orientation
All students are required to attend the orientation together with their parent/guardian.

If a parent or guardian is unavailable due to work, students are advised to send the orientation link to them so they can still participate in the orientation.

📌 Attendance is mandatory.

Kindly wait for further instructions and the orientation link from your respective adviser.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Please be informed of the schedule for the DIPLOMA/CREDENTIAL RELEASE of Grade 12 Graduates for School Year 2025–2026.

Kindly take note of the following reminders:

📌 Students with incomplete requirements, such as:
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Good Moral Certificate
• 2x2 Picture
• Pending balance with the Cashier

will NOT be allowed to claim their credentials/diploma until all requirements have been completed.

📌 The Graduation Fee Receipt must be presented upon claiming of documents. Students may present either:
• The actual receipt, or
• A clear photo of the receipt

📌 If the student is unable to personally claim the documents, they may authorize a representative (parent, friend, cousin, etc.) by submitting the following:
• Authorization Letter (Filipino or English)
• Photocopy of the student’s ECLARO ID or any valid ID
• Valid ID of the representative

Please be advised that documents will NOT be released without an authorization letter.

📌 Students are advised to strictly follow their designated schedule. Priority will be given to students who arrive on time based on their assigned date and time.

Students who fail to attend their scheduled release may proceed to the Office of the Registrar starting Monday, June 8, 2026, onwards, since the office will not be able to accommodate late releases on Friday, June 5, 2026, due to a seminar.

Step 3: Uniform Fitting
Step 4: ID Pictorial

For the 9:00 AM schedule, you may use the ILLUMINA entrance to access ECLARO Academy.

🔔 REMINDERS:
• Bring your MOA and ballpen.
• Prepare an active email address and cellphone number for both the student and parent/guardian, as these will be needed during the registration process.
• If you have incomplete enrollment requirements, kindly bring the necessary documents.

📄 REQUIREMENTS:
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Original Copy of Report Card (Form 138)
• Two (2) pcs. 2x2 ID Picture (White Background)
• Good Moral Certificate
