2 Days Left Until TIPON: The SSP Summit 2020!

The venue of TIPON has been moved to NCPAG Audiovisual Room, still inside the UP Diliman campus. Here are some easy guides on how to get to the NCPAG AVR:

Via Private Vehicles:
1. From University Avenue, go towards the direction of Quezon Hall (Oblation) then turn left at Emilio Jacinto Street.
2. Go straight then turn left again at R.P. De Guzman.
3. NCPAG is on the left-hand side of the road, and the NCPAG AVR is in a separate building with a second floor near the parking area.

Via Jeepney:
1. Take an IKOT Jeep (yellow roof) or a UP PHILCOA/PANTRANCO/SM NORTH Jeep (green roof).
2. Go down at the Institude of Small Scale Industries (ISSI).
3. From ISSI, walk along R.P. De Guzman until you see NCPAG on the left side.
4. Do not enter into the NCPAG main building. Instead, go through the side of the building until you see the parking are and the NCPAG AVR will be nearby.

Beyond a celebration of the social sciences and humanities, this year's CSSP Spirit Month is an avenue for the promotion and awareness of the Philippines' rich culture and the issues that threaten these. The different indigenous communities in the Philippines play a large role in the formation of the Filipino identity. However, various actors in politics and governance have shown no remorse for the rights of our IP communities.

Get to know more about the Agta Dumagat of the Sierra Madre, the problems they face, and the feat they have accomplished in protecting their ancestral lands.
