🎓 TCC Law proudly welcomed 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗟. 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻, 𝗟𝗟.𝗠., Dean of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines College of Law, as the Guest of Honor and Commencement Speaker for the 3rd Commencement Exercises of the Juris Doctor Batch 2026 last May 9, 2026. ⚖️

A distinguished legal educator, academic leader, Bar reviewer, and author, Dean Festin continues to shape the future of legal education through his invaluable contributions to the academe, the Bar, and the legal profession.

In his inspiring message to the graduates, they were reminded of the unwavering support of their families, loved ones, and the TCC community that continues to believe in them throughout their journey.
