A glimpse of meaningful moments, valuable insights, and shared experiences from the Mental Health First Aid: Nurturing Leaders, Building Safe Spaces session held on October 14, 2026 at RSU-RC Learning Resource Center.

The activity served as a meaningful reminder that mental health awareness begins with empathy, understanding, and the willingness to listen. It highlighted the importance of creating safe, inclusive, and compassionate spaces where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.

The BSBA Student Organization (BSBASO) extends its heartfelt gratitude to our resource speaker, ๐’๐ข๐ซ ๐€๐ฅ๐๐จ๐ง๐ง ๐Œ๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐จ, a former Guidance Counselor, for sharing his knowledge and valuable insights on mental health first aid, and to our guest and former student leader, ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐‘๐ž๐ฒ๐ง๐š๐ง ๐‰๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐‘๐ข๐ฏ๐š, for sharing her experiences and wisdom that continue to inspire student leaders to lead with compassion and purpose.
