𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | CAPSU Main produces 12 new civil engineers
A total of 12 examinees from Capiz State University-Main Campus passed the September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), according to the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on October 2.
CAPSU registered an institutional passing rate of 23.08%, with 12 of its 52 examinees passed the licensure examination. Of the university’s examinees, five were first-time takers, while seven were repeaters.
Among the successful examinees were Enrique Anton Balidiong, Justin Buenavista, Daniel Castro III, Cristy Queen Dadivas, Prince Rustian Flores, Rizziel Ann Handog, Kayla Mae Jaralba, Sussaine Jimenez, Joveth Marc Lira, Jerome Mahinay, and Trisha Alliyah Roxas, while the identity of the 12th passer remains under verification.
Reflecting on his result, Enrique Anton Balidiong said, “First reaction ko gid is naghibi kay grabe gid ang amon pangabudlay sang pag-review namun,” recalling how he and his fellow graduates immediately traveled to Cebu after their graduation on June 30 to prepare for the examination.
He also advised future examinees to remain consistent in solving problems and avoid comparing their progress with others. “Maging consistent lang sa pagsolve problems kag memorize sang formula, indi gid pag-compare imo progress sa iban, salig lang sa abilidad mo,” Balidiong added.
A total of 6,337 examinees out of 17,062 nationwide passed the examination, posting a 37.14% passing rate.
CELE was administered on September 26 and 27 across 19 testing centers nationwide, including Iloilo, Cebu, Bacolod, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Baguio, and the National Capital Region.
