๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐,โ was successfully conducted. The event aimed to strengthen the skills, confidence, and professionalism of BSOA students while promoting innovation and collaboration among future office administrators.
The celebration marked a historic milestone for both the CFOA and the BSOA Department, being the first event of its kind held for the students. It gathered BSOA students in a day filled with learning, excitement, and meaningful experiences.
The program formally began with the energetic hosting of the masters of ceremony, Ms. Leny Campos and Mr. Herson De Jesus, both third-year students. Following the audio-visual presentations, the event officially opened through the welcoming remarks of the CFOA Adviser, Dr. Mireyneth U. Cuyopan, who warmly greeted everyone and expressed her support for the success of the program.
To keep the atmosphere lively and engaging, the hosts facilitated entertaining activities where students actively participated and enjoyed interacting with one another.
An inspirational message was then delivered by the BSOA Department Chairperson, Mme. Sam G. Rosal, who encouraged the students to continue striving for excellence in their chosen field. This was followed by inspiring messages from Dr. Rowena C. Villamil, Dean of SSAA; Dr. Josephine D. Reyes, Dean of CHMBAC; and Dr. Gudelia M. Samson, Campus Executive Director, who all shared their encouragement and support for the students and the organization.
The event was also honored by the attendance of distinguished university officials, namely Dr. Shirley L. Milanes, Dean of the College of Teacher Education; Mme. Jennifer E. Gangan, Dean of the College of Agribusiness Management; Dr. Lorena B. Echalar, Director for Extension Services; Dr. Cristina L. Javier, Center Head for History, Culture, Arts, and Innovation; and Dr. Janelle D. Rosal, Coordinator for Gender and Development. The participation of these respected university officials added honor and significance to the celebration, while also showing their encouragement and support for the BSOA students and the organization.
Ms. Elina Dern, a volunteer from California, USA, under the U.S. Peace Corps and Research and Extension Program, also shared an inspiring message during the event. She expressed her admiration for the unity, enthusiasm, and warm hospitality shown by the students throughout the celebration.
The proper program then followed, featuring different competitions designed to showcase the skills, talents, and competencies of BSOA students. The activities allowed the participants to demonstrate their knowledge, creativity, and professionalism in various office administration-related tasks.
Adding excitement to the celebration was the scratch card activity, where students had the chance to win different prizes, making the event even more memorable and enjoyable for everyone.
The success of this event would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of the organizers led by the CFOA OIC-Vice President, Mark Tyson Delos Santos, together with the third-year BSOA students in collaboration with the CFOA officers.
The organization would also like to express its heartfelt gratitude to the supportive CFOA Advisers, Dr. Mireyneth U. Cuyopan and Mme. Ronna Lissa P. Fernandez, for their continuous guidance and encouragement throughout the preparation and conduct of the event.
Special thanks are also extended to the BSOA Program Chairperson, Mme. Sam G. Rosal, for her unwavering support and guidance that greatly contributed to the success of this milestone celebration. The organization is equally grateful to Dr. Rowena C. Villamil and Dr. Josephine D. Reyes for their continuous support to the BSOA Department and CFOA. Furthermore, sincere appreciation is given to the Campus Executive Director, Dr. Gudelia M. Samson, for her encouragement and support toward student-led initiatives and activities.
Above all, this event was dedicated to the beloved BSOA students. The organizers sincerely appreciate their attendance, participation, and enthusiasm throughout the celebration.
