JUNIOR HRDM STUDENTS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE TITLE DEFENSE

Third-year students of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development and Management (BSBA-HRDM) have successfully completed their title defense, marking a significant academic milestone in their journey toward earning their degree.

Held in a campus classroom, the defense proceedings highlighted the students’ research competencies, critical thinking skills, and strong grasp of fundamental concepts in the field of human resource management. Each group presented their proposed research titles before a panel of evaluators, who assessed the feasibility, relevance, and scholarly merit of their studies.

The activity aimed to ensure that the students’ research topics are aligned with current trends and issues in human resource management, while also meeting academic standards. Faculty members commended the junior students for their preparedness, confidence, and professionalism throughout the presentations.
