United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary (UAPSA) was established in 1989 as an arm and junior partner of United Architects of the Philippines (UAP - IAPOA) It was just in the year 1995 that it became active. At that time it was known as United Architects of the Philippines Students Auxiliary Group ( UAPSAG)
The Chapter had a close ties with UAP San Fernando Pampanga chapter that eac
h time they had their activity, the chapter’s assistance and participation was highly sought and very visible in all UAP Pampanga's events. UA made history in UAPSA in general, for 3 consecutive years, UA took over the fellowship nights by winning 1st in the presentation. Batch '1997 was the composer of the UAPSAG Hymn competition, which UA won among the rest of the chapters. UA physically got involved in the UAPSA district, some UAPSA UA Chapter officers are elected as officers in the UAPSA district. In the succeeding years, UAPSA became inactive in the Campus. After a long hiatus, the University of the Assumption once again re-established its chapter in 2011 with the United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary through the efforts of the new generations of UA Architecture students led by the 1st Chapter president Jan Philippe N. Cortes and his team. Today, It continues to collaborates its works and activities with the
Architecture Association of Assumption (AAA). The Governing body of Architecture students in UA, GULIS and A-Team.
