In Loving Memory of Our Student, Jovan M. Mordeno 🕊

It is with deep sorrow that the St. Francis Xavier College community shares the heartbreaking news of the passing of our student, Xavier Knight Jovan M. Mordeno, last Sunday, March 15, 2026. As members of the SFXC family, we mourn the loss of one of our own.

During this difficult time, we ask everyone to keep Jovan and his grieving family in your prayers.

As a community rooted in faith and compassion, let us come together in prayer for the eternal repose of Jovan’s soul and for strength and comfort for the Mordeno family.

Let us pause for a moment of prayer:

Loving God,
we entrust to You the soul of Jovan. Embrace him in the peace and light of Your eternal kingdom. Grant comfort and strength to his family as they go through this time of grief. May Your love bring them peace and consolation.
