Beyond Business: Powering Up Leaders Through Self-Awareness and Empathy ✨

Education extends beyond textbooks and classrooms—it is also about understanding ourselves, building meaningful connections, and developing the values needed to become responsible leaders.

Through the insightful session led by Ms. Michelle Oira, Junior Council of Business Administration students gained valuable lessons on self-awareness, empathy, and emotional intelligence—essential qualities that empower individuals to lead with purpose and create positive change in their communities.

Grounded in the GJC HEART Framework—Humility, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Trustworthiness—this seminar reflects our commitment to SDG 4: Quality Education, providing learners with opportunities for holistic growth and equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.

As future business leaders, may we continue to learn not only for success, but also for service, understanding, and impact. 💙💛

✨ PROJECT UNLAD: Empowered to Earn, Equipped to Grow – Building Sustainable Families, One Community at a Time ✨

The 3rd-year HRDM students of General de Jesus College had a meaningful and memorable experience at Barangka Elementary School as we participated in the Project UNLAD outreach program. 💛

It was a wonderful opportunity to spend time with the children, share our knowledge, and make learning more enjoyable through fun and interactive activities.

Seeing their smiles, excitement, and eagerness to participate made the experience truly special. More than just teaching, we were able to connect with the children, learn from them, and create moments that we will always remember.🌱✨

Through this outreach, we supported Quality Education (SDG 4), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17) by creating an inclusive and meaningful learning experience for the community.

This experience reminded us that making a difference can start with something simple sharing our time, knowledge, and kindness. 💛

A meaningful day of learning, laughter, and connection-one child, one lesson, and one community at a time. ✨
