𝗦𝗔𝗖 𝗚𝗘𝗖 𝟭𝟬𝟳 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆

St. Anthony’s College (SAC) General Education Curriculum (GEC) 107 students organized an art showcase exhibit on May 5, 2026, at the exit hallway near the High School Building. The exhibit, which served as the students’ final output in Art Appreciation, carried the theme “Nagatirikang sa Tradisyon, Naga-uswag sa Inobasyon: Pagpabutyag kang Kultura pinaagi sa Disenyo.”

A total of nine sections participated, including students from the Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) majoring in Mathematics, English, Filipino, and Science, as well as Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM), Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BSCRIM), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED).

According to the event participant Karylle Armores of BSEd English, “Ang gina tuyo namn pa maan kang dya nga event amo ang: Pagpasikat kang Talent: Para mapakita ang pagkamalikhain kang mga estudyante sa paghimo kang mga "Eco-friendly" ukon "Avant-garde" nga bayo gamit ang mga lokal nga materyales parehas kang pira-pira kag luyong.”

The exhibit highlighted the importance of appreciating tradition and culture while embracing innovation and sustainability. It also promoted environmental awareness through the use of recycled and locally sourced materials. More than a presentation of student outputs, the showcase became a platform for creative expression, inspiring viewers to reflect on cultural identity, sustainability, and the role of art in preserving heritage.
