Competing among 16 regions nationwide, Joe proudly represented Region VI โ€“ Western Visayas and emerged victorious bringing honor not only to St. Anthonyโ€™s College, the Province of Antique, but to the entire Western Visayas Region.

This victory is more than an awardโ€”it is the result of unwavering determination, countless hours of preparation, and the people who believed in the journey.
