Dear Shifters, Transferees, and Second-Degree Taker Applicants of BulSU Sarmiento Campus,

We would like to inform you that the Admission Test for Shifters, Transferees, and Second-Degree Takers of BulSU Sarmiento Campus will be held on June 5, 2026 (Friday).

Applicants who have successfully completed the online application and submitted all required documents will receive an email containing their examination schedule and room assignment. Please check your registered email regularly for updates and further instructions.

Reminders:

• Bring a printed copy of the email indicating your exam schedule.
• Present a valid ID.
• Bring a black ballpen.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled examination time.
• Wear proper attire. Sleeveless tops, shorts, and slippers are not allowed.

Applicants who have completed the application requirements but have not received an email may visit the BulSU Sarmiento Admissions Office to verify their room assignment.

Note: This schedule is intended only for BulSU Sarmiento Campus applicants who have completed the online application process and submitted all required documents. Those who are still planning to apply or whose applications are incomplete are not included in this examination schedule.

As part of Bulacan State University's support for shifters, transferees, and second-degree coursers, these extension dates and opportunities are for you.

Those who have already submitted the requirements and had no choice but to choose the external campus will have a chance to transfer to the main campus, following the guidelines for shifters, transferees, and second-degree coursers. Just visit the BulSU Admissions Office on the 2nd floor of the University E-Library at the Malolos campus.

Note: The Application for the Main Campus is already CLOSED, while applications for the External Campuses are still open until May 29, 2026, ONLY.

To All Returning Students for the First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027:

We kindly remind all returning students to submit the necessary documents to the Admissions/Registrar’s Office.

1.FOR STUDENTS WHO FILED A LEAVE OF ABSENCE (LOA)
Students who discontinued their studies at BulSU for not more than six (6) semesters may be re-admitted upon submission of the following document:

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:
May 20-29, 2026 - Online Application
May 21-30, 2026 - Submission of Requirements (Excluding May 25, 26, 2026, and Holidays and Sundays)

Please adhere to the scheduled dates for the Online Application and the Submission of Requirements. Strict compliance is required.

1. Letter of Intent addressed to the receiving dean through the receiving program chair clearly indicating the reasons why the shifting is being applied.
2. Copy of Grades issued by the University Registrar’s Office.
3. Copy of Clearance for the second semester of the preceding academic year.

Requirements for TRANSFEREES:
1. Copy of Transcript of Records or Certification of Grades.
2. Copy of Certificate of good moral Character from the former school.

Requirements for SECOND UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE TAKER:
1. Transcript of Records.
2. Honorable Dismissal.
3. Letter of Intent Addressed to the Dean of the College bearing the reason why he /she wishes to take a second undergraduate degree program.
