BTLEd Student Speaks at United Nations Convention

The Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLEd) Program under the College of Teacher Education (CTE) of Occidental Mindoro State College – San Jose Campus extends its warmest congratulations to Ms. Theresa Mae D. Caragan, a first-year BTLEd student, for her distinguished participation as a speaker at the 59th Session of the United Nations Commission on Population and Development, held in New York City from April 13 to 17, 2026.

Her achievement reflects academic excellence and leadership, bringing honor to the institution and inspiring the academic community toward greater global engagement.
