Ciai-Si 61892 Narra Chapter San Manuel Pangasinan CIAISI Narra is a chapter of the Samahang Ilocano with Sec.Registry number 61892 and is based in Narra, San Manuel, Pangasinan. Florencio Bibat (Lic.) & Engr.

It is also the Mother Chapter of San Manuel. Established on February 16, 2013, it was founded by Lyceum Dagupan Alumni Engr. Berlin Dulay and Lyceum Urdaneta Alumni Kenny Dulay together with other founders Engr. Jeffrey Fragata. It was spearheaded by the temporarily appointed President Kenny Dulay until it was succeeded by then-President Gerbert "Garong" Gapasin and it grew strong and made famous

in San Manuel. As of 2022, a new-elected President was introduced in the person of Mr. Reymar Dulay, brother of founder Berlin Dulay.

🕯️ OPLAN UNDAS LIGTAS 2025 🕯️
Our team successfully conducted Oplan Undas 2025 in partnership with the PNP and Barangay Force Multipliers to assist visitors in cemeteries during All Saints’ Day.

👮‍♂️ We helped manage traffic and ensured public safety.
💧 Free bottled water was also distributed to visitors as a simple act of care.

Our heartfelt thanks to D**g Espiritu of MRC Chapter and Rosales Town Mayor Liam Cezar for generously providing the bottled water that kept our visitors refreshed throughout the day.

Thank you to everyone who made this event peaceful, orderly, and filled with compassion. 🙏

CIAISI Narra Chapter
Re: Conclusion of Affiliation with CIAISI Baru A Rupa

Effective August 4, 2025, the CIAISI Narra Chapter will officially conclude its affiliation with CIAISI Baru A Rupa.

Founded in 2013 under Original while in turn with BAR bearing CCN 49, our chapter was among the earliest to align with BAR, in trust and solidarity. However, over time, we witnessed a departure from core values we continue to uphold—integrity, mutual respect, and accountable leadership.

This decision, made after careful reflection, honors our commitment to remain rooted in spaces where growth is driven by principle and purpose.

We are thankful for the collaborations, lessons, and friendships we’ve gained. We part ways respectfully, with no ill will—only clarity in our convictions and direction forward.
