Somewhere between the last class and the desperate surge home, the day catches up with you. Your bag feels heavier than it did this morning, and the world outside keeps moving at a speed you cannot quite match.

It is easy to believe that every hour must be accounted for, and that one free afternoon will cost you the whole race. So, we hold ourselves tightly, afraid that living is a debt we cannot afford.

But nothing you've been through was wasted.
