On October 21, the CCS community came together to learn, reflect, and talk about mental well-being. We were reminded that mental health matters, that asking for help is a sign of strength, and that a little understanding goes a long way.

A huge thank you to Ma’am Glenda Dela Cruz for sharing her insights on how AI can affect a person’s mental health. Your knowledge and valuable insights have helped us better understand the impact of AI on our mental well-being.

‎Not every struggle is visible, and some feelings go unspoken. Every story deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with compassion.
‎
‎Through this seminar, students are encouraged to learn, listen, and recognize the importance of mental well-being in the digital age. It also highlights that while AI can offer support and guidance, human connection, empathy, and professional help remain essential.
‎
‎Let us take this opportunity to build a community where mental health is valued, conversations are welcomed, and everyone feels heard and supported.
‎
‎Together, let us spread awareness, break the stigma, and remind one another that no one has to face their struggles alone.
