Moving Forward: A Message to Our Community Regarding Our Freshman Education Enrollees

At San Pascual Polytechnic College, our core mission has always been to serve our students and our community with care, respect, and integrity. Following the recent oversight regarding the enrollment of one of our incoming freshman education students, our administration team took immediate action to listen, learn, and begin making things right.

This morning, members of our school administration team visited the student and their family at their home. Our primary goal was to personally extend our deepest, most sincere apologies for the distress and confusion this situation caused.

We are profoundly grateful to the family for welcoming us into their home and engaging in a candid, heart-to-heart dialogue. During this meeting, we openly discussed the lapses that occurred and, more importantly, focused on a positive way forward.

We want to reassure the family, our student body, and the broader community that the student’s admission has been thoroughly reviewed and officially reaffirmed. Their spot in our freshman education cohort is fully secured.

We recognize that trust is not restored overnight. The family shared with us that, in light of recent events, they are seriously considering enrolling the student at another institution. We completely understand and respect this perspective; the student’s well-being and peace of mind must come first.
However, we want to make our stance unequivocally clear: the doors of the San Pascual Polytechnic College will always remain open. Should the family ultimately decide to stay with us, we are fully prepared to wrap our arms around this student, provide them with a supportive learning environment, and help them achieve their dream of becoming an educator.

We want to thank the family for their grace, hospitality, and willingness to speak with us directly. We also extend our gratitude to our community for holding us accountable.

We are treating this as a vital learning experience to ensure our administrative processes better reflect the supportive, student-first institution we pride ourselves on being.
