The College of Hospitality Management successfully held its On-the-Job Training (OJT) Orientation on October 21, 2025, at 1:00 PM, led by the Young Hoteliers and Restaurateurs Association (YHRA). The event was attended by 4th-year students, their parents, and CHM faculty members, aiming to prepare the graduating class for their upcoming OJT journey.
The program highlighted essential discussions on the Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives (VMGO) of CSU, general requirements and objectives for OJT, procedures, duties, and responsibilities, as well as grading and grooming standards. Additional topics included the research project for 4th-year students, TESDA NC II and NC III assessments, graduation requirements, and other related concerns.
The orientation served as a comprehensive guide to equip students with the knowledge, values, and professionalism needed for their future field experiences, reinforcing CHMโs commitment to excellence in hospitality education.
