Busilak Eagles Club 2nd GMM for EY 2026

The 2nd General Monthly Meeting started with the opening program, followed an appreciation message recognizing the success of the club's 2nd monthly feeding program held at Dalandanan Elementary School in Valenzuela City.

The following agenda discussed during the meeting:

2. Schedule of LEADS and 1st Regional Assembly announced by the CLR1

3. Activity for the month of March

4. Other Matters

The General Monthly Meeting plays a vital role in ensuring that the club remains aligned with our constitution and maintains club in good standing.

On the bright morning of February 19, 2026, the grounds of Dalandanan Elementary School in Valenzuela City were filled with students. Busilak Eagles Club successfully held it's monthly feeding program, providing healthy snacks to the students that reciting lessons and playing during break time

Busilak Eagles Club held its first major activity this EY 2026 by distributing Hygiene kits to Persons Deprived of Liberty at the Santa Maria PNP Custodial Facility. The project was made possible with the permission of PLTCOL Mark Louie M. Sigua and the assistance of PSSG Neil Bryan Agapito.

After the activity, to maintain the good status of the club, Busilak Eagles Club also conducted its 1st General Membership Meeting (GMM) for EY 2026. Some of the meeting agendas were as follows:

In a genuine practice of Service Through Strong Brotherhood, the Busilak Eagles Club shared Christmas Gift to Persons with Disability (PWDs) in Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Santa Maria, Bulacan. These gifts were made possible through the organization's "Raffle for a Cause" event held on December 13, 2025.

We are gratefully recognize the generosity of those who support our cause and help make our mission into reality.

Each Christmas package, filled with Noche Buena staples featuring traditional comfort food and cherished family favorites, was delivered door to door to the families of PWDs.

Through this effort, the Busilak Eagles Club hopes to bring added joy to families who need it most, keeping the true spirit of Christmas alive through kindness and generosity.

Busilak Eagles Club - Raffle for a Cause

Draw Date : December 13, 2025

Venue : Sitio Raymundo Garden Resort, Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Santa Maria, Bulacan

The Busilak Eagles Club successfully held its first ever Raffle for a Cause, this initiative aimed to raise funds for the club's charitable programs. This meaningful activity sought to extend assistance and bring joy to individuals and communities in need.

The primary beneficiaries of the event were select Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) from Barangay Pulong Buhangin, Santa Maria, Bulacan, as well as Aeta Children from Sitio Pinaganakan, DRT, Bulacan.

To ensure transparency and fairness in the raffle draw, four independent representatives were invited to check and witness the process, raffle draw were led by Ma'am Maria Lourder De Ocampo-Juan.

Below are the prizes, result of draw and the corresponding winners:

1st Prize: Yamaha Gravis - Jerom Nicolas

2nd Prize: Honda Navi - Realtop Controls Inc.

3rd Prize: Electric Scooter - Christopher Manayag

The Busilak Eagles Club extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and participated in this fund raising activity. Congratulations to all the lucky winners!

The Busilak Eagles Club successfully held its 12th General Monthly Meeting for Eagle Year 2025 at Sitio Raymundo Garden Resort. During the opening of the meeting, Kuya Pres Alvin del Rosario highlighted the club's recent recognitions, including the Certificate of Recognition for it's consistent financial support to every Regional Alalayang Agila financial case, and the Plaque of Distinguished Service for upholding the cherished values of absolute selflessness and enduring fraternal love for all humanity. These awards were conferred by Central Luzon Region 1 during it's 5th Wooden Anniversary last December 7, 2025, held at the City College Auditorium, Brgy. Minuyan, San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan

The meeting agenda covered the presentation of the Treasurer's Report, review of the Raffle Tickets Audit Report, discussion on Raffle for a Cause beneficiaries, and matters concerning membership ID renewal.

As Busilak Eagles Club moves forward for the upcoming months of Eagle Year 2026, the successful implemention of it's feeding programs, bloodletting activities, gift giving initiatives, environmental activity and Alalayang Agila financial support stands as a testament to the club unity, dedication, and unwavering commitment to serving both it's members and the community.

Our 11th General Monthly Meeting leads by our Club President Kuya Alvin del Rosario and Vice President Kuya Kealvin Rhay Peralta held at Ate Leigh Residence in Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Santa Maria, Bulacan.

Members actively discussed the following:

1. Treasurer's Report - The club funds and AA

2. The Upcoming CLR 1 - 5th Wooden Anniversary celebration and voting of our nominee for the Eagle Year 2025 Eagles Excellence Award which will be scheduled this December 7, 2025

3. Upcoming Club Gift Giving

4. Dicussed project this December which is a raffle for a cause. We laid out our plans so that we can properly conduct our Raffle draw.

5. Lastly, Our Club Christmas Party Celebration

The successful 11th GMM reinforces the Busilak Eagles Club dedication to community service and upholding the spirit of our guiding principle: Service Through Strong Brotherhood.
