After 7 hours, A successful 𝑴𝒐𝒄𝒌 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒆𝒘 has officially concluded for our 𝟑𝑩𝑺𝑩𝑨 – 𝑯𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔!

This activity gave our future 𝐇𝐑 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 the opportunity to experience the realities of the recruitment and selection process—preparing their résumés, presenting themselves professionally, answering interview questions, and demonstrating the confidence and communication skills expected in the workplace.

More than just an activity, this was a chance for them to practice, learn, make mistakes, receive feedback, and grow.
